I wrecked my car two weeks ago and have been looking for a car since. Well today (6/21/12) my boyfriend had looked on their website and found a really nice versa for $8900. So i call and ask if its still on the lot and tell them I'm coming to look at it. I live in crossville and have to borrow my parents car for now to get around. Well I get to the dealer ship, 28 miles later and a quarter thank of gas, and jeff meets us out front and has his co-worker Bryce Meeker bring the car around and let us test drive it. I see it and am so shocked its going for such a low cost. 09 car with only 31xxx miles. I get in and turn the air to the blue (cold) and put it on high. I looked for the AC button but its no where to be found. Well I wait a minute and then ask Bryce where was the AC button he acts surprised to see there is no AC in the car at all. My boyfriend points it out on the paper in the window that says it has AC and it also said so online, thats false advertisment. So I get out and tell him to go park it. Living in TN and it being the first day of summer it was nearly 98 degrees out. I go inside and Jeff L. askes if i love it. I said no. There is no air in it and he says "oh! And thats important?" I thought he may have just been stating it until he turns around to me and says "is it?" I was so upset and irate when he asked that I said well yes and walk back outside to my boyfriend. At this point im ready to leave. But was told to look at a versa HB so i do and test drive it. Nice little car drove well. But they would not go down on the price after Jeff had said we will get it for the price you need. He proceeds to push us off onto Bryce, whom could not lower the price but only $400 which was still way too high for my budget. So he has us look at an altima had us wait for 3 hours just to be told I wont be able to get it. While I was waiting in office Bryce proceeds to say "I thought i had the first Versa sold the other day until they realized there was no AC" Im thought to myself, he acted so "surprised" when we said there wasnt a button and now he isnt. So 56 miles added to my parents car and half a tank of gas and all of our day wasted for nothing. I will NEVER nor my boyfriend or our family return to this dealership. More

All I knew was that my head was spinning from trying to compare them all and get the Going into this purchase I was unsure what kind of car I wanted. All I knew was that my head was spinning from trying to compare them all and get the most for my money. So living in Cookeville I started visiting the dealerships looking for information. None of the salesmen I had spoken to was interested in helping me distinguish the differences between cars but only selling me one then and there. When I told them I was not going to buy a car today they were no longer interested in helping me. I had been to probably 5 dealerships before I stopped at Cookeville Nissan. When I walked in Verlyn met me at the door and I told him everything I had told the other salesmen at the previous dealerships. To my surprise instead of trying to push me into buying a car he took me to his office and printed me off comparison sheets for the cars I was interested in and talked to me about the different cars. When I told him that I wasn't going to buy a car today, but I wanted to look at some cars he took me around to look. He never pressured me nor told me about how every other car on the market was not to the standard of Nissan. He basically exceeded the standard of every other car dealership that I had been to when it came to service. To sum it up I had a wonderful experience at Cookeville Nissan, and will definitely give you my future business. Not because I’m a diehard Nissan fan, but because the service I received there was exceptional. More

We went in to try and trade in an 09 Kia optima for a 2010 Nissan Rogue. We had viewed this vehicle on-line and was very interested. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was approached by Derrek. He was very 2010 Nissan Rogue. We had viewed this vehicle on-line and was very interested. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was approached by Derrek. He was very personable and seemed genuine, after driving the car I had to return to work and told Derrek that my wife and I would return after work that evening. When we returnd my wife and I were greeted by Derrek and she drove the car. We then went inside and discussed the situation with Derrek. He then went to Brady th sales manager and they both returned and explained that we could get a much better deal on a new vehicle vs. used. So Derrek went to work again tyring to find a vehicle that we liked. Finaly after we make several trips around the lot looking at every Rogue, Murano, and Extera available, we choose the one. Derrek again went back to Brady and together they finalized the deal. Thanks to Derrek for being patient and working with us. More

Steve, the salesman, was very patient with me, as it was my first new car purchase, and I had a thousand questions. :) The finance guys, Kyle and Vince, were very thorough, and made sure I understood everything, and was happy with the finance agreement. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with this dealership, and would DEFINITELY recommend them. ...And, I love my new car! Thank you very much, guys! More
