Doug listened to our request! Upon our arrival to the dealership there it was, the exact automobile we had asked for, no games, no gimmicks, no excuses and not a detail was left out.. There was nothing omitted, no hassles and no misrepresentations. It was amazing to be treated so professionally. Doug is no typical car salesman, he is a professional and represents your organization with class and honesty . I am long time Nissan customer, until now! Just bought a new Rouge. Paid about sticker price b/c it was the color I wanted. 2 months later, I wanted to trade for something comparable in price a Just bought a new Rouge. Paid about sticker price b/c it was the color I wanted. 2 months later, I wanted to trade for something comparable in price as the car just doesn't perform liked I'd hoped (and the paint is chipping). The sales manager said "He would take care of me". Typical sales manager - they offered me $6K less, $7K when you count the sales tax & docking fee, which is about what a Carmax dealer will give me. I tried to reach the GM but he wouldn't see me or return my call to discuss. This is (was) my 6th Nissan in 10 years. Being that it takes a great deal of money for any car maker to establish a loyal customer, I am baffled a dealership with in walking distance to Nissan's headquarter's office is willing to do so little to keep my business! I won't be back! Incidentally, service for my oil change (Steve), and to fix an exhaust issue was excellent! I felt like I need to give credit were credit is due! More

However, the option to purchase new or used is greatly related to the sales persons you are dealing with. I first went to CarMax to purchase a new car, but couldn’t find any good deals when I wanted to trade in my Used Car. I then caught up my interest on SUV listed with Nissan Cool Springs. Therefore, I went to Nissan Cool Springs and was greeted by Bishoy Rizk. He is an amazing sales person and could not imagine not having him during this experience! When you read the yelp caption "as good as it gets," seriously, people - this is as good as it gets. Buying a car can be rather painful if pressured or done incorrectly. However, Bishoy was a true pleasure to close the deal with. Bishoy answered my zillion questions and made me feel very comfortable with my new purchase. Bishoy is one of the most customer focused sales representative I have seen in recent times. Post sales he ensured the car was running as per my expectations and even today, Bishoy will answer my silly phone calls and help me with additional questions and concerns I have regarding care for my SUV. If were to change my SUV or trade in, I would definitely contact Bishoy again you. I wish Bishoy Rizk & Nissan Cool Springs to continue the same service and I am sure over the next years you make remarkable standing in the Market. A great buying experience I was fortunate that a friend recommended Nissan of Cool Springs. At one point, I forgot that I was even at a dealership talking to a sales person. I can't say thanks enough to Steve Restivo, Halli Edwards and Steve Bubel. They took the time, let me look through vehicles at my pace, and didn't even complain when I had to take a conference call halfway through the process. I looked at several models, but couldn't help but to buy another Altima - sitting in and test driving a different car, even the SUV I really wanted, just didn't feel right. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted to wait to write a review until going through the service center and, frankly, this is a top notch staff top-to-bottom. Oh and they even beat the APR from my credit union, of which I've been a member for well over a decade. Thanks guys, I'd send any friend or even a stranger your way because I know you'll take just as good of care with them as you did with me. More

Not refunding overpayment after 84 days We bought my 2013 Chrysler convertible from Nissan of Cool Springs. We over estimated the sales tax and license plate fees as we were from Arkansas. Adam Sloan promised we would receive any over payment. We have called Adam, Riley Groves, and Christina and after several messages, several conversations, and multiple promises, we still have not received our $642 after 84 days. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys if you are coming from out of state. And yes I would like my money plus interest and the frustration. More

Halli Edwards was an exceptional Representative and went beyond the call of duty to please us. The Sales Manager (Riley?) as well as the Financial Manager (Steve) were also exceptional. We bought a Nissan 370Z. The above named individuals should be commended for their hard work and dedication to Nissan as well as well as the buyer. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends. More
