But then a bit later we were told that there was a mistake in the calculations but that it wouldn't cost us any more money, so we said ok. Went to finance and found it did cost us more money and that they extended the loan out to make it the same monthly payment we had original agreed upon. They tried to make it look like it was the same but the price we financed was a few thousand more than what we originally agreed to. We still went through with the purchase but were disappointed that they were not forth coming on what they were doing. More

Be Advised. Our salesman, Trace Wilfong, was a very nice and helpful man. I would buy another car from him but not at this dealership. Nissan of Cool Springs is not the place to buy a car unless you are an attorney. There was an extended warranty added to my loan by the finance manager without any discussion before the paperwork was drawn up. I signed to have it removed from the loan. That was several weeks ago. According to Nissan Corporate, it has not been done! I resent the fact that this sneaky maneuver was done so that the finance manager would make a commission. This dealership is renowned for brow beating it's staff. If you give any part of the dealership a bad review, the salesperson gets punished with a lesser commission. I've heard this from several different employees who have worked there. The only reason I bought from this dealership is because I have another friend who works there and I wanted her to get the 'finder's fee'. I hate that I have to give a good review in order to save the salesperson. Without good reviews, the owner, Jason, does not get his monthly bonus from corporate which is HUGE! I will take this matter up with the corporate office in Franklin, TN where this dealership is located. I will be surprised if they care but it's worth a shot. More

Bait and switch Was asked if wanted oil changed for $29.95. After work was done was charged $13.50 extra to dispose of the oil. I have never been charged more than the quoted price for oil disposal. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not go back to them. More
