My story is fairly simple. I live in the Atlanta Area and was in the market for another vehicle. I had made visits to my local dealers here and completed my research. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what f was in the market for another vehicle. I had made visits to my local dealers here and completed my research. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted. My local dealers wanted to pressure me into getting a vehicle that did not have the features I wanted and frankly didn't want to bother locating the one I wanted. After scanning the internet and expanding my search, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Cool Springs and sent an email. I received an immediate response. 2 emails later we agreed on a price and I made the drive from Atlanta to Cool Springs. The vehicle was prepped and ready for me. Mike and Ron greeted me and my family and were extremely courteous and helpful. Mike made the entire process extremely simple. Other dealerships could learn from these gentlemen. Treating a person with respect and not playing games. This was by far my BEST buying experience in 25years. My thanks to Mike for keeping it simple! More
I was involved in an auto accident that resulted in a totaled car. It was a very stressful situation. To top things off, it happened in the middle of a tremendous heat wave. I had spent all day driving around in 110-degree weather looking at cars. I had not ever shopped at Nissan of Cool Springs before (I live in Murfreesboro) and it was not my first stop. As soon as I got there, everyone was super friendly and I talked with Steve about what we needed. Upon going out to see the first car that Steve suggested, he noticed that my eight year old was enamored with the balloons and offered to get him one. That was just the start of everyone in my family being happy! We were all tired and stressed and “High Speed Steve” brought fun back into our car buying experience. I got a great deal on my car (a Nissan Altima), but that was not the best part of my experience. Steve was great. He treated me with honesty and respect. My meeting with Lance concerning my paperwork was easy and quick. Overall, I walked in thinking this whole experience is just dreadful and walked out thinking I got lucky. I got a great car at a great price and I found a car dealership that I will always use. Thanks so much to the whole team at Nissan of Cool Springs for helping me through a bad situation. I visited many dealerships before making my purchase. I was not looking for a new car, but an inexpensive used car for me to drive to work over the next 18 months with better gas mileage than the car I had was not looking for a new car, but an inexpensive used car for me to drive to work over the next 18 months with better gas mileage than the car I had sold weeks before. Most dealerships treated me like I was not worth their time when I told them my intention and price range. Michael Brown and ALL the other associates at Nissan of Cool Springs treated me as though I was buying an expensive new car. This was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced when buying a car and the used car I purchased was bought at a fair price, and was exactly what I wanted & needed. Next year, when I give this car to my daughter, and am in the market for a new car… you can guess where I will be going… Nissan of Cool Springs… and I cant’ WAIT… because I know it will be stress-free, and they will give me a fair deal on a car I will love. I came into the store on Saturday and it was extremely busy. Lauren was working the front desk and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was very friendly and professional. It is because of the professionalism that she showed that brought me back on Monday to Nissan of Cool Springs. On Monday I was greeted by E Price and he also went above and beyond to help me find a good, dependable used vehicle. I also spoke with AJ Rogers, and dealt with Mickey from Service when the vehicle I bought was being checked out. Every employee that I dealt with or came in contact with ( including the lady that was cleaning) at Nissan of Cool Springs was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. It is so refreshing to deal with such friendly, professional and customer service oriented people. Thank you E Price for finding me my 02 VW Jetta. Our purchasing experience at Nissan of Cool Springs was great. The entire staff at the dealership were friendly and accommodating. I purchased a 2012 Maxima from the Nissan at Cool Springs. My original plan was to get a 2012 Altima. On my first visit, Rich told me about the new 2013 Altima models coming out soon. He did it in a Springs. My original plan was to get a 2012 Altima. On my first visit, Rich told me about the new 2013 Altima models coming out soon. He did it in a way that didn't feel like I was being talked out of something I wanted or being sold something I hadn't intended to buy. After driving the only 2013 Altima demo available, I decided it wasn't for me. Rich suggested that we look at a few 2012 Altimas and took his time showing me the various colors on the lot. When I decided I didn't like any of those, he mentioned the Maxima. I hadn't considered a Maxima because I thought they were too sporty, but I decided to check it out. Rich showed me the more loaded version first, but the price wasn't right and it had more options than I wanted. So, he showed me the SL without the sports package and I test drove it. The rest is history! I love my car!!! The negotiation process was one of the least time consuming experiences I've had in a car dealership. We were able to reach a mutually agreeable deal in just one visit with the sales manager. By the time we finished the deal, it was late at night. Rich took the time to pair my phone with the car's bluetooth. We also discussed the functions of the vehicle. It was truly a pleasure working with Rich.
