My experience with Nissan of Cool Springs was the best that I've had with a dealership in a long time. I went to several places before I ended up at this dealership and the service was not great at all a that I've had with a dealership in a long time. I went to several places before I ended up at this dealership and the service was not great at all and of course no purchase was made. I actually went on the website for Nissan of Cool Springs and found the vehicle that I wanted and the Internet Sales rep (Maria Jones) promptly responded to my request via email since I sent my request on Sunday. On Monday morning she gave me a call and we set up a time for me to see the vehicle. What I liked most about this dealership was the fact that there was not any pressure to purchase a vehicle. They were their to answer my questions but the final decision was mine. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to my family and friends. I would also encourage them to use Internet Sales. Thanks Maria for all your help with the purchase of my vehicle. More
We had gone to the dealership to see what trade-in offers they had to offer. Michael was very patient as we looked at different cars, deciding what we liked and didn't like. I was impressed with the service that I received from Nissan of Cool Springs. Rich was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The finance staff was able to get us a great rate and payment for our loan. I had read many negative comments from the days of Alexander Nissan...I am glad that there was the change and the improvements. More
