I did receive your message. However, the day I spoke to you I asked you to pass this along to Mr. Stacy and to please get back to me. I waited and gave you probably two weeks to get back to me and you didn't and probably didn't plan to until I wrote what happened on your website, I never heard from either of you. After the bad review, you suddenly find time to get back to me and I still have never heard from Mr. Stacy. The vehicle is gone now and there really isn't anything to do. I just don't want this to happen to someone else. I want people to know what kind of a person Paul Stamatis is. Evidently for him it is all about the almighty dollar and nothing to do with the person. The last thing I told him was I wanted the vehicle and please call me rather than texting to work out the details. It was a holiday weekend so I knew the credit union would be closed so wouldn't be able to do my loan until Tues and wasn't sure if the dealership would be closed or not. He said he would call after he delivered a car. I never heard from him until the next afternoon and that is when I found out he had sold the vehicle. What he did is just wrong. He knew I had been approved for the amount needed, he had a $500.00 check of mine and I had told him by test I WANTED THE MURANO. First of all, he should have called like he said he would and second of all, before he sold it out from under me, he could have at least called me to make sure I definitely wanted it, as I had already told him, before he sold it to someone else. I think he is a very unprofessional person and as I said obviously cares more about the money than the person. I could not get to the credit union as I was out of town on Friday and Sat as I also told him. I know some car salesmen are ruthless and do anything to make a sale but at 64 this is the worst experience I have ever had. Speaking of a sales person in general, this is the worst I have ever been treated. As it obviously shows, I am still upset and hurt by what he did. I also see you have removed my comment from your review section which I don't appreciate. I guess that would be the reason all comments are positive, you remove the negative. If he did this to me, he has or will do to someone else. I don't want him to do this to anyone else. That is why I am filing with the TN Dept of Motor vehicles and the BBB specifically against him and his unprofessional actions and that he will do whatever it takes to pad his wallet. I know nothing will be done but I wish there was something that could be done to him for this. I'm sure the dealership just sees the bottom line and that is the vehicle was SOLD. The only way this could be made right is for me the have the vehicle I wanted and was approved for and of course that can never happen.
