On Saturday, April 19th, I had attempted to put my convertible top down on my 2011 Murano Crosscabriolet. As it was going down, it caught and bent the frame of the convertible top. I was able to dr convertible top down on my 2011 Murano Crosscabriolet. As it was going down, it caught and bent the frame of the convertible top. I was able to driver to Nissan of Cumming where they determined the top was bent and would need to be replaced to the tune of $18,000. I rented a car from them and returned on Monday to figure out what my options were. They had offered my $2000 trade in for a car on their lot only and ended up with a 2022 Infinity which I paid extra for as it was PRECERTIFIED! At least twice I had stood up to say I needed to take that night to think about it but each time, they would bring in another person and change the deal. The first day of ownership of the Infinity, the battery was dead and I had to get jumped to get to Nissan. At that point I didn't have any confidence in the car as it had been a Precertified car. I went back a few days later to tell them I was unhappy with the car and see if they would be willing to work with me to get into another car, I was met with a very condescending attitudes and left. I decided to trade the car somewhere else and when I went to two other dealerships both told me the car had a transmission issue. Took it to Nissan of Cumming, they tested it for 2 hours and came back saying the transmission was "fine!" I then contacted Nissan of Cumming to give me the info needed to contact the two companies that I had signed contracts with (maintainence and service contracts as I needed to get $4000 returned on those contracts as I had then purchased another car). I left several messages and the calls were never returned. A week later I called and spoke with Corey who is the person I signed off on for sale of the Infinity, and he said he would send me form to start the process, I never heard a thing from him. On the next Monday, I called only to find out that he had gone on a weeks vacation. I would never go back to Nissan of Cumming and as a 77 year old woman, feel they took extreme advantage of a situation. More

Hey Im writing this review because I dont wanna face somebody what I face from this dealership. When I bought a car from them it was good experience and I gave them 5 star for that but now its been more somebody what I face from this dealership. When I bought a car from them it was good experience and I gave them 5 star for that but now its been more then 2months im not getting my license plate number for my car and I renewed temporarily tag now I called them so many times they transferred my call to title department but no budy answer those calls and today luckily the Lady named Emily she picked up my phone and I asked her about my details and said they dont have title from previous owner so i asked her then why you sell this car to me and she replied its normal then i said its not normal you dont know when you will get that then how will i get my license plate and she said its normal then i told her I’ll review this to your website and she said okey dokey So they dont care once you purchase your car so please carefull More

I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a new vehicle; however, I would not recommend them if purchasing a used vehicle unless you have it checked out by a mechanic for damage. purchasing a new vehicle; however, I would not recommend them if purchasing a used vehicle unless you have it checked out by a mechanic for damage. The 2019 vehicle which I purchased and have since returned had FRAME DAMAGE. I took to another dealer to have it checked out, and it was they that informed me. Nissan of Cumming took the vehicle back, and luckily, my trade was still on their lot. They have diligently taken care of returning my down payment, paying off new loan and canceling payoff of my previous vehicle. They said they had no idea the vehicle had frame damage and were going to return from who they bought it. However, it is on their lot still for sale at a much lower price, with no mention of frame damage. I personally consider that fraud. I have reported them to Nissan Corporate and the Georgia Consumer Protection Division. Again, if purchasing a new vehicle, I would have no issue as everyone is very friendly and not high pressure. I would definitely not buy a used vehicle. Hope this is helpful. More
