I have been coming here for 2 years. I love this Nissan. I was new to California and I have never been disappointed, staff was always friendly and supportive. Fabian explained things to me so that I could understand. He listened to me they asked me to describe in detail what was wrong with the car so that they can have a better understanding. Fabian took care of me the last two times and gave me excellent care, actually superseded My expectation I had a warranty on my car. Fabian did not hesitate to get on the phone call them have it approved. The work was completed and I was home on the same day. I did not feel alone in the process. Which kept me from being anxious and worried now that’s a win in my book. More
