As I've shopped around for other cars trying to find what best fits a car for my gf and I we tried multiple dealers some shUT us down and didn't want to help us because we seemed like we weren't being serious or other reasons, but when I arrived to the nissan of downtown Los Angeles I was welcomed by one of the employees that was standing outside and asked if I needed assistance in anything. My brother in law had recommended my dealership so I went to who had sold him his car.. and before we even knew it is was leaving with a brand new Nissan versa exited and happy to start being on the road with my gf once again.. thanks nissan and thank you Gabriel for your great help!! I will be back when it's time to get another vehicle!! More

Professionalism of your staff, Mr. Brandon Park!!! He fully acknowledges the need of customer, that is, the type of vehicles we were looking for, financial aids, budget, maintenance, and so forth. Had a slight issue of bank and he paid immediate attention even he was out of office and out of town since he understood the confusion of the customer. DMV registration was delayed a little, not your, dealership's, fault or anything, but the procedures between two banks for Re-financing, but when the question's occurred, he found the answer right away. He is SO reliable and he really knows how to handle and treat his customer and his staff. He has the heart!
