DMV registration was delayed a little, not your, dealership's, fault or anything, but the procedures between two banks for Re-financing, but when the question's occurred, he found the answer right away. He is SO reliable and he really knows how to handle and treat his customer and his staff. He has the heart! I purchased my new 2012 Altima 2.5 S from Nissan of Downtown LA today and wanted to report my satisfaction. The day before I had contacted the Internet Department and spoken to Mia Navarro, providing h Downtown LA today and wanted to report my satisfaction. The day before I had contacted the Internet Department and spoken to Mia Navarro, providing her with a description of what I was looking for and offers I had received from other dealers. We agreed on a figure over the phone, so I made an early morning appointment with her. She even volunteered to show up earlier than usual to accomodate for my working schedule. Throughout the process of my vehicle purchase, Mia was incredibly professional and courteous. I only had her over-the-phone promise to rely on, and she did not let me down. There was no argument about the agreed upon price, no bait and switch tactics, etc. Even when there was a miscommunication regarding the price and options I had requested, Mia was sincerely apologetic and was able to resolve everything by offering the options at a heavily discounted price. When I inspected the car I noticed a minor physical/aesthetic flaw on the leather steering wheel, and Mia arranged so that I could get the whole steering wheel replaced at a later date (which was put into writing in the contract.)
