During a pandemic and wildfire season in Southern California the last thing on some drivers’ minds would be servicing their car. I brought in my 2016 Versa for new brakes and was quoted a certain price. After inspecting the car Ace called me to tell me my rear drum brakes had plenty of life left and my front rotors only needed to be machined to smooth them out as they had plenty of thickness left in them. This saved me $200. Some service advisors would have taken that situation to their advantage to make a little more money but Ace, in his own words, treats every customer’s car as if it was his own. This is why I will continue to bring my car to Nissan of Downtown Los Angeles and recommend it to other Nissan owners. More

I did online reservation but time of drop off car drop off was a mess. When a mention I had has a online reservation, the rep giggle at my comment which felt disrespectful. Even after my car took an overnight to get a evaluation of the engine line on my dashboard when picking up the car the mess continue. It was pack with cars in no organization. Also minor sanitations in the handle during covid times in the protection of sitting inside cars and moving them around. More
