Service Went to the dealership for a scheduled maintenance. Was greeted by Frances who was very professional and polite. Asked me if I had seen the new models of the car I was driving. Offered to drive me to the other lot to see the 2019 Maxima SR as I had a 2014 Maxima SV getting serviced.
