My little Versa is the first new-new car I've bought since 2001,so I was a little nervous about servicing. I brought it to Downtown, because that's where I bought it. It's not the most convenient location for me--I live in the South Bay--but the people are very nice and professional, they try to be efficient, and the waiting area is really comfortable and welcoming. I went to check a car that was listed as 14,222. I drove the car, I liked (pre owned certified) even if the car didn't look like a pre owned certified with lots of scratches and signs of use I decid I drove the car, I liked (pre owned certified) even if the car didn't look like a pre owned certified with lots of scratches and signs of use I decided to take it. When we were going to sign the papers to buy the car the price went up to 19k! This is just ridiculous. I drove all the way from OC to LA just for this frustration. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody! They added a lot of things that we don't need such as perma plate, 3M and theft guard. The sales person drove the car very fast at the parking lot and that made me upset since it’s not like you’re taking care of someone else’s car. They should drive the car better if aren’t their cars.
