I can sleep better at night I came in with an engine light and no audio sound. Jonathan at DT Nissan was an actively listener and set the diagnosis up with precision. He kept the communications channels open the entire time. He put me at ease by assuring things would get resolved. A week later the engine light is off and my audio is my with my new radio unit! Horrible Experience I arrived at the dealership at approximately 9:22 A.M. I asked for Ace Games my regular service advisor. I was told he was no in. I was assigned Jon I arrived at the dealership at approximately 9:22 A.M. I asked for Ace Games my regular service advisor. I was told he was no in. I was assigned Jonathan Robles. I advised him of my concerns. H e wrote up the order, so I thought. At 1:30 p.m., 4 hours later I had not heard anything from Jonathan Robles, which was strange, because Ace always keeps me informed of whats is going on. I went to the Service Advisors area and Jonathan was not in the area. I spoke to who I believe was the supervisor and explained to him that I had not heard anything about my car since 9:30 A.M. he got on the phone but was not able to find out anything. He then told me he would continue to check and come to the waiting room. He appeared in the waiting room in about 30 miniutes, stating they thought it was probably my alternator, which was still working, but he would give me an estimate and I could have it replaced if I wanted to. I told him if he was not sure I did not wanted it replaced. I would just like him to bring my car so I could leave as I had been there since 9:30 A.M. and they were not sure what the problem was. After about 1 hour Jonagthan Robles appeared in the waiting room stating he sent me an E-mail with the findings. I advised him that I had not received no such E-mail, he then sent it at 2:49 p.m. I advised him that I just wanted the car so I could leave. I do not believe he submitted the work order when he took it and left me waiting all day with nothing being done to my car. This was my worst experience at Downtown Nissan and I have decided not to return to Downtown Nissan for future service. More

Why make an appointment? I had an appointment for 9 am. I left the dealership about 1230. 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation And when I got home I realized I had an appointment for 9 am.
