I waited so long for a call back. 2 hours later i called to ask if my car was done where Susy answered the p When Arrival Guillermo was very friendly. I waited so long for a call back. 2 hours later i called to ask if my car was done where Susy answered the phone and was not helpful at all. She coulnt assist or ask another employee to see if my car was done. She denied to ask someone else as her response was only Guillermo can help you nobody else. Poor customer service from her part. Not going back to this Nissan More
