Horrible! Got there aunce I had made an appt, parked my car and walked into service. 3 ladies there ordering lunch while me + 3 other ppl were waiting. One real Got there aunce I had made an appt, parked my car and walked into service. 3 ladies there ordering lunch while me + 3 other ppl were waiting. One really nuce guy was on the phone and advised he’d be with us soon, later proceeded to help the client before us. Literally waited 15 MINUTES for thise ladies to finally look up and say they’d help “soon”. Another 5 mins and finally a guy came in to help me. Did all that had to be done. Came back to pick up my car 4 HOURS later and since it was my first time there I was clueless where the cashier was so I came back to the service desk. Again, same ladies literally doing NOTHING while being on their phones and same nice guy already helping someone else. I waited 15mins until the guy was done with the previous client for him to tell me cashier was right across, nice enough. But come on, just horrible customer service overall. I didn’t even bother getting their names. More

Great service but long wait I arrived promptly for my 9am appointment but was chagrined to see that appointments and walk-ins were in the same "line" for service. I had positive I arrived promptly for my 9am appointment but was chagrined to see that appointments and walk-ins were in the same "line" for service. I had positive email exchanges with Ernie Flores prior to my appointment, My Altima Hybrid was not starting and I expected to get in an out in 2-3 hours. I was not informed that it needed a battery until 1pm - four hours after I arrived. Then it took another two hours to get the battery installed and programmed. I live about seven miles from the dealer and opted to stay in the very comfortable lounge. The good news is that my car is running great and the staff was friendly and professional. David Mara is outstanding! More
