By far, the best experience I would like to start off by complimenting Ernie, the service manager. As a first time buyer My 1st service experience a few months ago was not great I would like to start off by complimenting Ernie, the service manager. As a first time buyer My 1st service experience a few months ago was not great. This time around, It was different. We we were Immediately assisted soon as I pulled up to the service line. He said it was his men at least 2 hours, So we decided to go have breakfast to kill some time. He provided us with the complimentary uber which was not expected, but very much appreciated. We pointed out some issues with our car and he assured us that they will be taken care of. He did not treat us like like stragers, we felt really welcomed. I would like to give him and this dealership more than 5 stars. I would definitely return. More

Clean, honest fast service. I was worried I would not be able to afford my 2006 Pathfinder crank shaft replacement at the service center. After confirming the diagnosis Nissan se I was worried I would not be able to afford my 2006 Pathfinder crank shaft replacement at the service center. After confirming the diagnosis Nissan service not only gave me an affordable estimate but also a year warranty on the repair. Also Service found 150.00 in coupons! My estimate was 875.00 my total with coupons was 751.00. Wahat a relief! More
