From the moment I was greeted, EZ was personable yet professional, informative but not pushy, and wonderful to work with. I visited twice: once for research and the following day to purchase. He gave me accurate information that was confirmed in the brochure/book he gave me during my first visit. When I needed time to further discuss the purchase, he politely let me go without a sales pitch. That was a huge deciding factor for my return to purchase the vehicle. When I returned, he had the vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish, EZ upstanding with his sales approach, which is the reason for my "great" marks above. However, my overall experience was rated "good" because I felt like the paperwork process took too long. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 3:35 pm. EZ greeted me, showed me the car, and took me to his office. I didn't test drive it, just looked at it so we were back in EZ's office about 10-15 minutes after arriving, but I didn't leave the dealership until about 7pm. I sat a long time waiting for the paperwork and then there was a discrepancy with the price of the new vehicle and the payoff of the old vehicle. I began to feel like I had to be overly cautious about everything whereas EZ had made the process easy. Despite the aforementioned, I had a good experience at the dealership, would recommend it to others, and would return to purchase another vehicle when it's time. More
The reason why i rated the experience at a 5, is because Heidi was an excellent sales consultant. She did not try to pressure of with the car, and made sure we were getting something we needed. Jambert was very instrumental in my decision to purchase the vehicle. He was friendly, very cooperative, did not do a hard sale on me which I greatly appreciated. My experience with this dealership was great. My dealer, Anthony Glover, was friendly and listened to the things that I was looking for in a car. We were walking around the lot looking at several cars, when Anthony approched us with a friendly smile and a hand shake , asking what we were looking to buy, so we told him that we were just checking out when Anthony approched us with a friendly smile and a hand shake , asking what we were looking to buy, so we told him that we were just checking out a used Altima that we heard about, so he walked us over to the Altima that was on sale, which was the color I was looking for, so we went into the showroom to see what could be done for us. Anthony asked us what was our price range and what we wanted our payment to be. We told him and he went to talk to the guys that say aye or nay and let Anthony know what is best for us, which was that we had a better chance of getting a new car than the used one, so Anthony checked to see if they had what we wanted which they did, so we chedked it out and decided to see what they could do for us, which ended being a great deal with no down and the payment that we could afford. Then we went to talk to David Hidalgo in financing and we feel he went to a great length to include a waranty and gap insurance for us and still kept our payment downl.
