Our experience with this dealership was good while dealing with Anthony Glover our sales person. He was great and he listened to our request and assisted us in finding a vehicle that was suitable to o dealing with Anthony Glover our sales person. On the other hand, I would like to add we did not appreciate the encounter with the finance person. He was very rude and defensive when we decided not to hear his sales pitch on getting additional maintenance for our new vehicle and acted as if he was doing us a favor by assisting us, when we were the ones spending $20k for a vehicle. We politely told him on several occasions that we were not interested in the maintenance plan, but he proceeded to make sly comments about the fact that we did not want the additional service. I found this to be very poor customer service on his part and it really ruined the vibe Anthony had built with us earlier in the night for Elk Grove Nissan. More

I was ready to buy the Rogue , there was no reason to wait , but as we were talking Anthony suggested to buy new , he gave us the numbers of both cars and to buy new was the best way to go . Buying a car was not on my list of things to do until last month when my car unexpectedly stopped running. I checked out some cars online and decided I would like to look at Altima's and shop around befo last month when my car unexpectedly stopped running. When we arrived at the Nissan dealership, we were greeted by Natalie McHughes. She showed me a Sentra in my price range, explaining that there were no Altima's for my price. When she saw I was not happy, she suggested a Mazda 3. I had not thought about Mazda, but a friend of mine had recently purchased one, so I was open to the idea. Even though I liked the car, the shopper in me still wanted to shop. Natalie did not pressure me at all to buy the Mazda 3, which I really appreciated. As I was giving her my contact information, and getting hers as well, I spotted another car. It was a Mazda 6. We test drove it and I loved it! No more shopping was needed. Although the purchasing process took hours, as it always does, Natalie made the hours tick by with her charming personality. I am so grateful for her guiding me to a car that I love! When the car arrived from detailing, it still had some spots and Natalie, without being asked to, spot cleaned it herself. She even helped me sync my cell phone with the blue tooth in the car and we had a great time figuring out how to do that! I would highly recommend you look up Natalie if you want a fun, no pressure car buying experience! One more thank you to Grant, the sales manager. You also made my experience wonderful.
