I was replacing a 2012 Nissan Leaf that got totaled in an accident, which in itself was a traumatic experience. So I really wanted to get my Leaf back, which I absolutely love. Elk Grove NIssan was the only accident, which in itself was a traumatic experience. So I really wanted to get my Leaf back, which I absolutely love. Elk Grove NIssan was the only dealership that had a light interior and when I called to verify that it was still in stock I got Sohe. She took my information and checked and got right back to me. I was thrilled to hear that it was there and we went right down to start the process of leasing my new beautiful Leaf. I was glad to know that they fixed the one pet peeve I had which was the sun visor being so small in the 2012. Sohe and Dave did the paperwork as quick as they could, as all I wanted to do is be done with this whole accident thing... I love my new Leaaf and am so glad I got to work with such knowledgeable people who were just as happy as I was to have a new car. Sohe continues to check on me and make sure I am happy. More

On August 11, 2013, my husband and I visited Nissan of Elk Grove because we're interested in a 2013 Nissan Altima. We knew right away which car we wanted but we still have a lot of questions. He gave us a tour inside the dealership to make sure that we are aware of all the amenities and the different services that are offered in the building. He is knowledgeable about the cars and I can tell that he is proud of the company that he works for. He was enthusiastic but at the same time he was not pushy or overbearing. I appreciate his sincerity and the fact that he didn't rush us in making decisions. He assisted us every step of the way and always made sure we know what is the next step in the process. Maverick is a great asset to Nissan of Elk Grove and any future companies that he'll work for. He is young, yet mature for his age. I owned a 2008 Nissan Altima for a few years. I also lived in a rural area, so it was ok to drive a stick shift, which my car was. Very recently I moved to Sacramento to be near my family and for better lived in a rural area, so it was ok to drive a stick shift, which my car was. Very recently I moved to Sacramento to be near my family and for better opportunities. My mom had just leased a Kia optima. It was fully loaded, a very nice looking car. But then I drove it. It was very uncomfortable, the blind spot was so bad u couldn't see to merge on the freeway. The steeling wheel seemed loose and I felt like I used a lot of effort to drive in a straight line. I repeatedly told my mom to purchase a safer car, so I took her to Elk Grove Nissan. I kept telling her Nissans are very well made, safe and drive well. We met Vince, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and he loved entertaining my daughter. Because of him, my mom now drives a beautiful 2014 Pathfinder and I don't have to worry as much for her safety. Two days later, in a joint effort, Enith and Maverick found me the car of my dreams, a 2013 Altima, and its an automatic so much easier during rush hour traffic. Not only do I appreciate how well made Nissans are, I appreciate the three wonderful people who helped me and my mom get into the cars we needed.
