The only suggestion I have is, you need more car washes. It took an additional hour just to wash my car on a Saturday mornig, after a two hour service for a recall part. The Saturday afternoon,a week before,I had my oil changed,inspection and tire rotation scheduled service, the car wash was also an additional hour wait after the car was finished. When I first got to the service department there was a young lady that came out to greet me, she was new to me but she had a great personality and was very patient with me. Car dealerships and car salespeople have a horrible reputation because history has shown how bad some of them can be. I am more than happy to report that my buying experience with Joe Luis and Danielle Frazier at Elk Grove Nissan was anything but bad. In fact, it was the best, least stressful and pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. No games, no bull. I went in and told them exactly how much I wanted for my trade-in and how much I wanted to pay for the car and they matched it within a couple hundred bucks. This was a second visit to fix a problem whuch needed more time than a previous visit allowed. I had complained of excessive noise inside the cab of my myr old truck. John had shown me the wear on my tires which indicated it was out of alignment; this also might cure the noise, he said. Two wks later I was able to make the trip from my home to get the work done. A loaner car was provided me, which I appreciated. I was able to do a few errands and also go for brunch. Came back later and consulted w John who said there WAS some misalignment. Went home happy - in a newly washed pickup! More

Mr. John Brooks, is one of the best service technician I have work with since I purchase my 2006 Nissan Maxima. He was curtious and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Since we purchased our 2009 Nissan we have had regular service visits 2-3 times a year per our extended service agreement. Cruz has handled our needs each time.
