Matt was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met him, we felt completely comfortable. Matt did not pressure us and took his time to show us exactly the cars that we wanted to see. I am from Modesto and had been shopping for a new 2013 Pathfinder. To make a long story short, I had visited and communicated with several dealerships over several months, including my hometown dealershi Pathfinder. Everything seemed to be a struggle from finding the exact options I wanted to getting a fair price. All of that changed when I started talking with Ron from Nissan of Elk Grove. From the start, he was very professional, prompt in responses to my emails and phone calls, and super nice. He offered me the best price of any dealer (by far) with NO hassle at all. Exactly the way buying a new car should be. I'm extremely happy to say now that I am a proud new owner of a beautiful 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The dealership itself is very nice as well. I have two babies under 2 years of age and there were plenty of places in the dealership where my wife and them could go and play (play rooms for the kids, etc). It really made the whole experience super simple and enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell that Ron cared about us and our happiness with our new vehicle.
