She worked with us to accommodate to our needs, found the best alternatives, very patient, friendly and welcoming. Sohe explained all the details about the car we were looking to purchase, went over the process, took us on a great test drive, and followed up to make sure we were happy with our decision. Dave Hidalgo helped us through the finance portion of the transaction. He went over all the paperwork thoroughly, explained the maintance packages, warranty, gap insurance, rewards program, etc. At the end of the night, we all left with smiles. Angelo Montinola was our sales associate and he has done much more than we expected. We bought a Nissan Leaf and as it was our first electric car we had many questions about how it worked, where to find ch much more than we expected. We bought a Nissan Leaf and as it was our first electric car we had many questions about how it worked, where to find charging stations, how far it would go on a charge, etc. With the help of Angelo and 2 Leaf specialists Joe Luiz and Rico Estrada we had all our questions answered and then some. Rico even called Nissan when our Carwings telemetrics account wasn't working due to a problem with data that Nissan had. The thing that has impressed me most is that these guys have given us so much help after they had the money. They didn't just tell me to figure it out once the purchase was complete. They are still calling and asking if I have questions 2 weeks after we got the car. More

Everybody treated me very well & I got the car that I wanted. (Sort of) I had sent an email specifying exactly what I was looking for, and was told that you had the exact car in stock. I made a special trip to Elk Grove (I live in Sonora) ready to purchase the car that I wanted. Unfortunately, the car that I wanted was not in stock. I would have had to wait more for it to be found and delivered. I was very disappointed, but I went ahead and bought another car that was not my exact preference, but I do love it regardless. Also, the wait to actually take delivery of my new car was very long. I got to the dealership @ 11:30 AM & was not out of there until approx. 4:30 PM. I realize that it was busy day, but I've never spent 5 hours buying a car. More

Finance Manager, David Hidalgo processed my paperwork without a hitch. Actually, he was able to reduce my monthly payment because I had been an existing Nissan customer. I am very grateful for both of their services and couldn't be happier with the car I drove off the lot. I got the car I wanted, the color I wanted, and the price I wanted all while being treated fairly and respectfully. Go see Vu for your new car and prepare to be satisfied. I love my new Altima! P.S. From the time we entered the lot the sales staff was so friendly. Sang in finance explained everything very clearly. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, and worked with us immensely to make us more then happy. I never felt at any point that I was dealing with a "car sales man", but with a person who had knowledge and was willing to direct me in the right direction. He took the time to let us know about him in a personal light and found that we had much in common, which made it a much more relaxed situation. This man deserves the utmost recognition. We initially went in to get information and inquire about a new vehicle. We ended up with a new 2013 Pathfinder that same day, and could not be happier. His professionalism, willingness to help, and overall attitude made this one of the most positive buying experiences we have had to date. Without doubt we would buy a car from Matt again, and most definitely from Nissan of Elk Grove. We never felt like we were being sold on anything, from beginning to end Matt had a willingness to help and ensured that our needs were first and foremost. I have HATED the car buying experience in the past, and after this experience can honesty say I no longer have that fear. I cannot recommend Matt Heidrich enough as an amazing person, excellent salesman, and above all else someone who holds customer service at the forefront. Additionally, we had the pleasure of dealing directly with Matt Bassett. He made it clear his involvement was to ensure customer satisfaction and to make sure we were happy, whether it meant a sale would occur or not. Really could not say enough good things about both Matt Bassett and Matt Heidrich. We can honestly say if we had to deal with any other person, this sale would likely have not occurred, and certainly not on the same day it did. With that said, I can also say, we would NOT have had the positive experience we feel today. This was the best of many car buying experiences we have had, cannot thank both of them enough for all they did to make sure we were entirely happy from beginning to end and beyond.
