Nissan of Elk Grove

From the moment I arrived at Nissan of Elk Grove I was allowed to brouse before being approached by the sales consultant (Heidi). I spent hours looking at the Versa, Sentra, Rogue and Altima went from mo allowed to brouse before being approached by the sales consultant (Heidi). I spent hours looking at the Versa, Sentra, Rogue and Altima went from model to another and back again. Heidi was very patient and worked with me to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. I had a budget I wanted to stay within and she kept working with me having the numbers run to see if we could get close the my target payment.I felt no pressure to make a decision. Just as I was going to give up she suggested I talk with a sales manager (Dave) to dicuss the pros and cons of leasing. I had nothing to lose to get more information about leasing and get answers to some questions I had. Dave was very informative and answered all my questions regarding leasing vs. purchases. After talking to Dave I felt good about the leasing option and realized this was the way to go for me based on my driving habits. I went home that day and felt good about my decision to lease. The next day I went back to the dealership to sign the paperwork and worked with Finance Manager (Steve). Steve explained everything I was signing offering additional coverage options and accepted my decision not to get the additional coverages. I didn't feel any pressure to get the additional coverage options. My experience with this dealership was excellent. This is my second Nissan from this dealership, each time I've had a great experience. Since I'm leasing I will definitely look at getting another Nissan once my lease is up. More
