They also willingly and graciously assisted me in packaging 4 separate buyer incentives into one deal resulting in savings for a brand new hybrid Altima that were virtually unheard of -- until now! My initial reason for choosing this dealership was their professional attitude and detailed answers they gave to me over the internet and by phone while I asked them numberous questions covering many areas of concern. I found them to be honest and truly interested in helping me get the best deal possible. And I did get the best car deal imagineable, thanks to them! More

I remember when I followed my parents to buy a car before, it was nothing but painful because of bunch of unclear fees and had a tough battle just to get a few tens of dollars off. With my passed experience, I was expecting for the worst when I went to Nissan Elk Grove to buy my first owned car. Complete opposite to my expectation, it was a friendly and smooth process. I was first introduced to Robbie. He carefully addressed all my concerns regarding to hybrid vehicles, different upgrades, colors of the model, and suggested me not only to test the car I want to get, but also a hybrid Camry to show me the difference. He let me feel confident to decide on the exact car I want to get. After I picked the car I want, I met Khan Ho. I knew from experience that this is where it gets ugly to have to deal with the price. Again, he proved me wrong. We reached the service desk after getting something to drink. He made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. He was friendly, and also honest and clear when showing me how everything will be handled (payment, maintanence, services, how the car works, etc). After Khan and I came to an agreement for the most part, I finally met the finance person, Warren. He helped me to quickly and cleanly took care of the rest of the paper work and I was ready to bring home my new car. It didn't end there though. At the inspection, there were still some parts of the car were it was not perfect. But Khan made sure I was happy so he promised a final fully touch up work on the following week. I know I left there with a smile. I gave overall experience a 4 because it took around 5 hours. Though the time did fly, it's still longer than I wished to spend. But I guess that's just how buying cars goes. More
I am not satisfied with Service of my Nissan SENTRA. I told to ur technician to fix my car brakes its not working properly ..they chareged me $57.50 but still my brakes not working good and it makes noise told to ur technician to fix my car brakes its not working properly ..they chareged me $57.50 but still my brakes not working good and it makes noise of squeek after service i visited two times there and they didn't fix it even one time ur technician give me a time for brake test and i went there and ur staff said he is off today. this is not a good customer service. I can't come evryday ur service center to complain. pls look into this matter i'll be so greatful to you .. even my car is in warranty..and i bought it from your store. Briefly, I had purchased a new 370z that had some minor blemishes on it. Not only did Sang ensure that these blemishes came to my attention, he set me up so I could have the car as perfect as it should be. Sang truly went out of his way to makes sure the car met my expectations. Also, he did not hesitate to go out of his way to help me take delivery of the vehicle (he came in on his day off just to do so, and even during a training break eyeballed the car for me). I can't say enough about the confidence I have in the dealership and my experience at Elk Grove. I look forward to maintaining this relationship in the coming years. I was introduced to Cruz, since my car required some repainting. She was professional and courteous with every interaction. She ensured that I was always updated on what was happening with my car, and again, I was impressed and felt confident that I was being taken care of. Its the little things that go a long way, and I appreciate each and everyone of those things. I can only hope that I continue to experience the great care that these individuals have provided since the purchase of my vehicle. The bar has been set high. Thank you. More
I arrrived and was waited on promptly. The employee was polite and efficient. He even took my bike out of the truck bed for me. Within the first days of buying my '06 maxima, I was having major problems. Bad transmission, timing belt replacement(that John found)bad bushings holding radiator,broken motor mount and leaking A/C hos having major problems. I was very frustrated due to the fact that the car was certified. Amy in customer service really helped me. Everyone else in the service dept. also helped calm my frustrations by going the extra mile to make things right. We drove from Lodi to Elk Grove for a couple differnt reasons. 1- I wanted to purchase a billet grille for your parts department. We stood there at the parts counter for about 5 minutes with sales peop reasons. 1- I wanted to purchase a billet grille for your parts department. We stood there at the parts counter for about 5 minutes with sales people walking by constantly, but no parts person behind the counter. You would think that someone would have noticed us there and made sure to get a parts attendant at the counter to help us. Finally I ended up walking over to the information gal to ask and as I got there the parts guy showed up. Other than that, he was very polite and helpful. 2- I wanted ti get my car washed, however the carwash was not operating due to the water being turned off. last- I was hoping to get my car's oil changed if in fact I was able to without making an appointment. I am glad to say that your quick lube department was open and they did service my vehicle. More
I wish Michael Burke ran the show down there. I never had a problem at this dealership until today. I went in for a simply oil change/tire rotation and a minor seat problem. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and when Tina Long got to me, she made me wait even longer outside. She was rude and had a “you need me more than I need you” attitude. What she didn’t realize, is that I drove 50 miles round trip. I decided to take my vehicle to Nissan of Elk Grove for customer loyalty because I purchased my vehicle there. After dealing with her pretentious attitude, she told me it would be a 3-hour wait for the OIL CHANGE. She told me she “wasn’t a technician” and couldn’t give me a time frame if the seat was only fixed. I asked if I could have a rental car and she told me they only give them out if the part isn’t available or if I had a “rental coupon”. I told Tina that I was never given coupons when I purchased my vehicle, but she didn’t care at all. I advised her to cancel the oil change/tire rotation because I didn’t have 3 hours to waste on my day off. I also didn’t want to give Nissan of Elk Grove one more penny of my money. She showed no interest in retaining my business and treated me like they were my only option for service. I will not be going back and don’t recommend this service department at all. More
