We bought like 5 or 6 cars from this dealer already. We kept coming back because of the proffessionalism the dealer shows us especially the finance manager, Warren Santos and the salesman, Huwi. Accomodati kept coming back because of the proffessionalism the dealer shows us especially the finance manager, Warren Santos and the salesman, Huwi. Accomodation is really a great experience from Mr. Santos and this dealer, not to mention their aftersales which is equally great! I'm very sure we'll be seeing you guys again and again in the coming years to come. Thank you Warren, Huwi and all the staff of Nissan of Elk Grove!!! More power!!! More
I was not happy about the price. When I purchased this car in 2007, I was given all these coupons and I thought it was a nice gesture. Then when you have to do something like this 15,000 mile check-up, y car in 2007, I was given all these coupons and I thought it was a nice gesture. Then when you have to do something like this 15,000 mile check-up, you cannot use the coupon. I have 4 or 5 coupons that state $80.00 value towards an inspection and yet you cannot use these coupons. So when am I suppose to use them??????. Also the car was suppose to be washed and vacuumed and it was washed but not vacuumed. I am still waiting on a replacement for my bluetooth system that does not work right that I paid so much money for. Now that we have to be handsfree, it causes me a major problem because I am a realtor and need my phone to be in good working order. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Terri Maino More
I recently purchased a 2009 Maxima from Elk Grove Nissan on 10/31/2008. I initially contacted NISSAN of ELK GROVE via their Internet Department. After several e-mails with Ricardo Dewey, I arranged for a t on 10/31/2008. I initially contacted NISSAN of ELK GROVE via their Internet Department. After several e-mails with Ricardo Dewey, I arranged for a test drive on a Monday evening. Upon arriving at the dealership and meeting Ricardo, I was introduced to Product Specialist Lucy Cortez. On the test drive, Lucy was able to answer ANY questions I had about the Maxima and its many luxury features. She also encouraged me to take an extended test drive just to get a better feel for the car. I let Lucy know that I was ONLY there to test drive the Maxima since I was still in the comparison shopping mode. When we got back to the showroom I let Ricardo know that after I test drove my other option (2009 Honda Accord Coupe), I would get back to him. Not once during the entire 1 hour experience did neither Lucy, nor Ricardo applied ANY sales pressure. None whatsoever. Since my previous encounters with other new car sales folks have generally been very negative, this was highly refreshing & unexpected. After test driving the Accord, I decided to go with the Maxima. I contacted Ricardo to arrange one more test drive before I fully committed to purchasing the Maxima. After the drive with Ricardo, the next steps were to bang out a deal that included trading in my immaculate 2003 Maxima SE. Ricardo made the negotiation process easy. No pressure, just a fair & smooth process. Ricardo is a very low key, honest sales rep. Once I deal moved to the Finance Department and Warren Santos. In the past, this has always been the most “painful” part of the purchase process. Usually, the Finance guy wants to slam you with all types unnecessary add-ons such as Paint Protectant, Leather Protectant, extra anti-theft devices, etc. Warren did NONE of that. The ONLY add-ins I wanted was the NISSAN backed extended warranty, and gap insurance. That is ALL I wanted, and that is all we discussed. Warren hooked me up with fair price for both items. Warren was a very professional, easy going guy. Robbie Kwock was in charge of delivery of my new Maxima. He was responsible for guiding me through how to use & understand ALL the options that came on my FULLY loaded Maxima, Robbie was patient, clear & concise with all his explanations. He also offered his future services should I need assistance with any features that may cause me issues somewhere down the road. The whole sales & finance team at NISSAN of ELK GROVE made this one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever been through. The team delivered first-class customer service. Keep up the excellent customer service NISSAN of ELK GROVE. D. Shimabukuro More

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to check to engine warning light. Vehicle was given back to me with a tire warning light. I immediately (on the same evening) left multiple messages with the engine warning light. Vehicle was given back to me with a tire warning light. I immediately (on the same evening) left multiple messages with the dealership advising them that they returned the vehicle to me in an unsatisfactory condition, and they must fix this. I also advised them that they must call me back to discuss this. These telephone calls were recorded by me with the time and date. Basically, the staff there did not care about giving me my vehicle back in an unsatisfactory condition, nor did they care about even returning my calls. I need this fixed. NOW. What do I have to do, sue you guys to fix my car? I thought you were a reputable dealship! More
On October 9th I got to Nissan of Elk Grove at 10:30am. I need an oil change along with 2 bad tires to be changed. As soon as a walked into the service dept a gentleman came and asked me what I need help wit need an oil change along with 2 bad tires to be changed. As soon as a walked into the service dept a gentleman came and asked me what I need help with and I explained to him. He then directed me to a gentleman sitting at his desk and he began to help me and assemble the invoice for my car repair. I sat in the waiting room and waited for the repairs to be done. Around 11:45 I looked in the service area to see my car still on the lift w/o tires and I began to wonder how much long for I had to be at my job at 1:00. I asked the gentleman at the desk that had helped me how much long it would be and he went to check, told me it would be about 30 more minutes, the workers were mounting the tires onto the wheel. 12:30 they had finished mounting the tires and drove my car out of the shop, eager to leave I had went and asked if my car was ready and he told me they took it to get vaccumed and washed, I told him they didnt have to for I had to leave. The gentleman then asked one of the ladies behind the payment counter to let the techs know that they dont have to wash the car and she responded saying, "oh the car is outside their not cleaning it at the moment their in a meeting for the next hour and a half". I was upset then because that told me if I had said nothing i would have been waiting for no reason. Ive come to Nissan for all my repairs and this one time was the only time I was disappointed. I know Nissan does and can do better then that but that day I was disappointed with the service being that it took 2 hours just to change 2 tires and a oil change. More

I made an appointment online to find that I didn't have an appointment. Apparently my automated appt wasn't manual listed onto their appt sheet. We picked up my car past and after paying for services an appointment. Apparently my automated appt wasn't manual listed onto their appt sheet. We picked up my car past and after paying for services, I assumed my car was fixed so I didn't check to see if it had been until the next morning, but low and behold it wasn't fixed at all. I called the next morning and to come in again. When picking up the car the 2nd time we'd talked to Danny Singh the tech who gave tips on how to prevent my problem. It doesn't work reliably so to this day I still have the problem. I'm reluctant to take my car back in and possible pay again for the time and effort for something they apparently don't have the expertise to fix. More
I noticed that the oil change showed my next visit should be at 73500 but I brought my car in at 70898. I felt like they were trying to get me to spend more $ sooner by bringing my car in earlier than neede be at 73500 but I brought my car in at 70898. Wehn I called, they said it should be every 3500 miles for an oil change but previously, they've been recommending 5000. I don't know why this happened. I felt taken. More
