No wonder you're feeling frustrated.  I wanted to confirm where your oil change was performed, was it in the Main Service Drive at Nissan or Infiniti, or did you have this service completed at our Quik Lube? Hi Amy, This isn't my 1st time dealing with revisits for the same problem, just my 1st complaint recorded. Yes this is an inconvenience and as previously stated, I am reluctant to take my car back in and since it is not under warranty, pay for insurmountable frustrations. I spoke to our Collision Center to determine what they do with collision vehicles that have convertibles, he referred me to the vendor.
