QUICK AND EASY So I came in for service, Jasmine was the service advisor and is a great listener. Took my car in right away. Andres the technician was working on my car and I could see him from the window. Everything was done very quickly and I felt relaxed sitting in the lounge and watching my vehicle while it's being serviced. From the shop it went to the wash and it came back looking brand new! Whoever washed my car did a great job! Everyone that I encountered was doing a good job and felt like good hearted employees. Monse the service cashier was swift and friendly. Excellent customer service!! More

Would Recommend Before coming in to getting my oil change, I called and Lane answered. Lane took the time to answer ALL my questions in regards to two cars I wanted t Before coming in to getting my oil change, I called and Lane answered. I have been getting my car serviced from quick lube for almost 2 years each experience is PERFECT! there prices are comfortable there customer service I have been getting my car serviced from quick lube for almost 2 years each experience is PERFECT! there prices are comfortable there customer service is EXCELLENT.When I get service they do a full inspection and not like most there HONEST they let you no what needs to be done and there always open with recommendations.I live in natomas I drive all the way to Elk Grove just because of the service they provide.I would highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.IM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
