When I walked into the service department I was pleased at how quick and attentive the staff was, a female employee named Cruz had me sit down at her desk and made sure that my vehicle was placed in servic at how quick and attentive the staff was, a female employee named Cruz had me sit down at her desk and made sure that my vehicle was placed in service. However I was kept waiting for a long time, and when i was told my vehicle was almost ready, i noticed that it was sitting unattended with other cars that were also done. I inspected my truck and realized that the interior had not been vacuumed, which was part of the package I was buying. After almost 25 more minutes i was told that the vehicle wasn't done yet even though i could see it, and then I was told the paperwork was not yet finished. I had drawn a prize from the easter eggs that gave me $15 off my total price but when I finally went over the paperwork and payed for the vehicle the amount taken off was $10. I suggested that it should be $15 but didn't wish to argue if it was going to mean I would have to wait longer. Over all the staff was friendly, but I feel like i got taken. It was clear that the wash was rushed and the inside of the car had clearly not been vacuumed. It seemed like a lot to pay for just an oil change. More
Cruz offered WONDERFUL customer service and I would like to deal with her everytime i come into the dealership from now on. I purchased my Nissan Altima in 2005. The salesperson was great and I felt confident in my purchase. I have great appreciation for service I continue to receive these past four years. Kush and his team was great and I felt confident in my purchase. I have great appreciation for service I continue to receive these past four years. Kush and his team at the Quick Lube are wonderful, and the whole team in Service and Parts Department are helpful. Recently someone hit my car, and today I took it to the collision center on Florin Road. George and his team were equally as amazing as the rest of Nissan of Elk Grove. I will be in the the market for an additional car within the next year, and will be purchase it from Nissan of Elk Grove again. I am confident they will take care of my needs in the same manner as the previous four years. Everyone should stop by this dealership and enjoy the service provided by the staff. More
Customer service at Nissan was great but the service wasn't what I expected. The problem was not resolved. I took my car in because the brakes were squeaking when backing up. Upon entering the service department, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the operation. I was impressed with the fast and courteous treatment I received. I initially came in for a minor warrant noticed the cleanliness of the operation. I was impressed with the fast and courteous treatment I received. I initially came in for a minor warranty item for replacement, however, I was informed that a recall item was in need of review on my 2006 Titan. I was very appreciative that the service representative identified the recall item, and advised me of such. I received a call later in the afternoon, noting that the warranty work was completed, however, action needed to be taken in regards to the recall item. I was provided a clean rental vehicle for the evening and next day, at no cost to me, due to the extended period of time the repair took to accomplish. When I received my truck, the interior and exterior were cleaned and polished. Nice job!! No "messy leftovers" - very professional. All in all, my experience was great. My experience has promted me to write to Elk Grove Nissan and rate them with 5's accross the rating chart provided and in addition recognize one of it's stellar employees who is primarily responsible for winning my wife and I over as lifetime customers ... Kudos to John Brooks in the Service Dept. who handled our every need and concern with professionalism ,kindness and customer service above and beyond what we have ever experienced at Toyota and other dealerships ... he made us aware of all options and kept us in the loop every step of the way ... from Towing our car in - rental options - home/ work dealer drop off transportation , warranty and most importantly costs and dealer discounts and promotions associated with the repairs needed . We have purchased a Titan and Versa from this dealership. This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was o This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was on. When I dropped off my car the A/C and radio were not on. During this visit when I picked up my car, the radio was on, the driver's seat has been moved and in the rear the cargo cover was not attached. I called Cruz to ask her why this would have been taken off. She stated that it was removed due to the part that needed replacing. It would be greatly appreciated to pick up my car(s) in the same way that I dropped them off. More
