The Customer service advisor is rude and has very poor customers services skills. She does not know enough about vehicles and has a hard time explaining repairs properly. She tried to sell me parts for my vehicle that I did not needed for the repairs. I was told the part were a special order. They had the parts needed to fix my vehicle the entire time; she just ordered other parts that were not needed. I called the Services Manger “Rob” and left a message on his voice mail but received no reply. I will be telling all my friends, co-worker and family members about this incident. I will encourage them not to ever buy or get their vehicles serviced vehicle at this dealership. More
I was charged 110 dollars to be told that to change the part of my car seat would be $1,000.00. I had no explanation, no options of what to do. nothing.
