I had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. After waiting an hour and a half, the rep Marcus brought me paperwork to sign and advise my vehicle was completed. When I got into my car the service lights were still on. I had my daughter go to Marcus to advise of the service lights still being on. He told her to tell me to wait a moment. So, another attendant in the parking area asked what happened and I told him and he had me drive my car to the shop. There mechanic came out and asked what the problem was. I explained about the service lights still being on for the oil change and tire maintenance. He asked if they were done. I said I hope so because Marcus gave me my paperwork. He then asked to see the paperwork. He updated the service lights. He said he had a new person that worked on my car and did not do this last step. I was really bothered because after waiting an hour and a half if I hadn't noticed this and drove off, I would have had to come back to get this resolved. More
