The whole vehicle drop off and shuttle system was a total cluster the morning I dropped my truck off. The pickup return was even worse and they had to go way out of the way to pick up more people after pass cluster the morning I dropped my truck off. The pickup return was even worse and they had to go way out of the way to pick up more people after passing right by the dealer. The pickup return driver was a horrible driver as well. Got to the dealer and I had to wait for them to go find my truck after they told me it was right outside. I dread having to bring it in again. More
