Provided no paperwork for total of amount financed before leaving dealership. Gave us a micro chip to download later, which I did two days later. It was quite a shock. After over 2 weeks of trying find out why this was, I was told there was a never mentioned dealer fee (I call xxxxxxxx), and a service contract we never agreed to. This was never specified in the bogus paperwork I was able to download. I believe they took advantage of an old couple just because they could. Oh well, fool me once, shame on me. More

Wesley Chaple Nissan did the "just sign here" used car salesman technique. We trusted the process and the person reprinting the company. Sold us $7k in useless additional coverage. This is a work vehicle, rarely is anyone in a seat other than the drivers seat. Back up cameras fail. Transmission slips. Not Nissans problem? Two of my kids have Kia's. Both had "known issues" not yet recalled. Pull into their server station, they give you keys to a loaner and say we will call you when the repair is complete. Previous car was a Mercedes, excellent customer service. There are too many choices no ways for NISSAN to be this lousy. And, a $250 diagnose fee for a KNOWN issue with the transmission. Quoted $300+ for brake pads and rotors. Had them looked at, rotors are in perfect shape just needed brake pads. Not likely to be a repeat buyer, likely to share the experience wherever and whenever we can. Hope Nissan learns to do better. You are losing a good customer. More
