Terrible experience at Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers today. Made appointment 2 days ago for oil change & tire rotation. Arrived today & was told my wait would be about 2 hours & the cost would be $ 11 today. Made appointment 2 days ago for oil change & tire rotation. Arrived today & was told my wait would be about 2 hours & the cost would be $ 114.21 even though I had a coupon for $59.99 oil change. Service writer said not to worry as they'll deduct coupon at payment but I should sign for the $ 114.21. He said there is a shuttle that could take me to my appointment in a few minutes. After waiting an hour for the shuttle, I was told the shuttle driver had to take an employee somewhere due to an emergency but should be back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour and a half the service writer asks me to follow him into the service bays presumably to show me how busy they were. I asked where my car was & he responded that it hasn't come in yet. Annoyed at having wasted an hour & a half, I asked for my keys so I could take it elsewhere. While waiting another 10 minutes for the retrieval of my keys, I went into the service manager Jerome's office to tell him of my bad experience. He seemed more concerned that the shuttle driver had not taken me rather than that they hadn't even brought my car in after what is now an hour & 45 minutes. No attempt was made to appologize or satisfy me. I'll take my car to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube from now on. And when it needs factory service I'll take it elsewhere. More

Brought my car in for the Tire Pressure Monitoring Syst on 09/20/2023 it was the fourth time with the same problem. The wanted to sell me a new tires plus the service needed for the TPMS sensors. Took my v on 09/20/2023 it was the fourth time with the same problem. The wanted to sell me a new tires plus the service needed for the TPMS sensors. Took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom, they fix my vehicle in 15 minutes. They found small Phillips Screw 1inch, removed the screw add a patch. I was charge $35.00. More

Well, people truly don't care about giving a good service anymore. I went for an oil change and after two hours of waiting, I decided to go and ask. I saw my car parked and when I asked about it, Jimmy, the anymore. I went for an oil change and after two hours of waiting, I decided to go and ask.
