They worked with us to roll negative equity into a new loan with a purchase of a new car. We wanted an EV to get the tax credit during tax return time. Afyer a bunch of back and fourth Jay who had just ta loan with a purchase of a new car. We wanted an EV to get the tax credit during tax return time. Afyer a bunch of back and fourth Jay who had just taken the location over 3 weeks prior explain he was going to cut the price of the car down and basically take a loss so that we can help get their rating up. Come to find out he applied our EV credit to the purchase, which was never discussed at all. They stole our EV credit from us. Dont trust this dealer, if they were willing to do this to us, they will steal from you too. More

I purchased a vehicle from them on February 11. As of this date May 14 the dealership STILL has not transferred the title or registration over to me. I have left them a dozen voicemails and also sent emails including the general manager Jay Gantz, Daniel Malave, Eric Bennett, and several other managers and no one even has the decency to get back to me. They stole almost $2000 from me and never remitted the sales tax I paid to them to the State, which now makes it a Felony according to the Florida Attorney General. I have ALL paperwork showing I paid for this vehicle IN FULL including the title and registration transfer fees and the sales tax. I filed a Complaint with the Florida dealer licensing board and was told by them that they had had multiple similar complaints about this dealership and that they are actively investigating their illegal practices. You should choose any other dealer and stay away from Nissan of Fort Pierce. They are unethical, unprofessional, liars and thieves! Take your business to a dealer that is reputable be sure to read the reviews on Fort Pierce of Nissan and you will see many others complaining about their unscrupulous and illegal business tactics. --JenW More

This dealership turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into a financial nightmare. What I was told during the deal did not match what ultimately happened, and the consequences cost me thousands of dollars, time, and unnecessary stress. There was zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero urgency to fix the mess they created. Once the paperwork was signed, it was clear the customer no longer mattered. The situation became even worse due to an issue involving a company vehicle and the owner/GM, Jay Ganzi. His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable for someone in his position. Instead of stepping up and resolving the issue responsibly, I was met with deflection, poor communication, and an attitude that made it clear they had no intention of making things right. This dealership does not operate in good faith. They will smile while selling you a vehicle and disappear the moment problems arise—especially when it comes to financing. If you’re considering doing business here, understand this: once they have your signature, you’re on your own. Save yourself the headache, the financial damage, and the regret.
