Brought my car here for an engine noise complaint. Before they even looked at the vehicle the sales department was trying to buy back my car and presumably sell me another. I appreciate Nissan sending us a coupon for a synthetic oil and filter change. We had that service done at Sutherlin Nissan. What I don't understand is when they are supposed to do the multi point check of oil and filter change. We had that service done at Sutherlin Nissan. What I don't understand is when they are supposed to do the multi point check of the vehicle, the paper work says we are in need of services that we had done a month Pryor at a different location. This tells me that they did not physically check, that they simply went by the mileage and the mileage requirements! Also, my receipt reflects the work I declined, other than the price it does not reflect the oil change that I had performed? Nor did they top of the windshield washer fluid so I guess the old days of a complimentary car wash is out of the question! More
