Waited 7 hrs just for them to say it was my battery. Then 350 for a new one my battery on a new car shouldn’t need one yet. I had a Tahoe and had it for 15 years never needed a new battery. My experience this time for service went alot better than my last visit. My service rep was Carter who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions & helped me understand the differe than my last visit. My service rep was Carter who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions & helped me understand the difference in Nissan coupons & Sutherlin coupons. My only concern is the wait time , 3hrs for oil change,multi-point inspection & I had my battery replaced. I don’t know if this is the right amount of time it should have taken, but I was told 2hrs.
