I cannot express my displeasure with this auto lot. From purchasing the vehicle and having to call them numerous times to set up an appointment to sign the papers (we purchased over a weekend). They promised us an extra key - a month later still no key. We received temporary tags but have not received plates. My tags have been expired now over a week. Again, we have tried to reach out and continuously get transferred to voicemail. I love the car but their customer service and follow up is horrible!!! What customer has to call the dealership and remind them we haven’t signed papers?!? Stay away from this place! More
