I had to drive the half hour drive to the auto lot before I could get an answer from anyone. I spoke to a manager, Meegan, and she is working on getting metal plates for the car and a spare key. That was on Thursday. She texted on Friday saying the key was ordered and would be in tomorrow and we would need to set up a time to program the key. I have heard nothing since.

I had an issue with the trunk not opening, because I had an item stuck in between the latch. The entire staff, from service to sales reps were kind! Kind is hard to come by! More
