I took my car in back in October because the engine light was on. A part was ordered and I was told they would call when it was in. They expected a delay because of shipping issues. Understandable. The part had been there for a long time but nobody called me. The engine light has been on for months, which started only a few weeks after I purchased it. I was called during the day yesterday multiple times and asked to call back regarding my car. I thought something was wrong. No, they wanted to asked me to trade it in. This was very confusing, as I thought something was wrong due to the urgent sounding message and multiple calls. More
