I went to the dealer after viewing an online ad. I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by salesperson Rosa. She got me to the vehicle I was looking for and went for a test drive. She then had my car I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by salesperson Rosa. She got me to the vehicle I was looking for and went for a test drive. She then had my car taken in for an evaluation as a trade-in. The process was fairly painless and all of my questions were answered satisfactorily. When the numbers came in, I wanted to see if they could be fine tuned a bit, Chris stepped in and he and Rose were able to address all of my concerns so we could reach an agreeable deal. Eric then finalized the financial paperwork and the process was complete. I drove home in my new (to me) truck. Everyone involved was cordial and worked to make sure it all went very smoothly. More
This goes based off experience with both fort pierce and Vero beach service because both service departments were the same. Not communicative. The warranty system and knowledge presented was seriously lacki Vero beach service because both service departments were the same. Not communicative. The warranty system and knowledge presented was seriously lacking. My truck was worked on and kept for almost 14 weeks for a sensor issue. After almost 14 weeks it was discovered that bolt had been drilled through the wiring harness and that portion of the wiring harness was replaced. The last two weeks it was finally figured out that my truck needed a new transmission which is the original reason why I put the truck in the shop in the first place. I explained the situation with my truck numerous amount of times to a handful of people and everyone tried to say it was normal. I had to take the shop foreman on a drive to prove to him it was not in fact normal. They tried to say it was a programming issue and the truck needed updates. Asked for a loaner vehicle for the time being and was dismissed for the fact of “low inventory”, the dealership wouldn’t approve a rental that was not a Nissan and the fact they deemed it “drivable” and wouldn’t approve a loaner. Absolutely absurd. I drive the vehicle for work and with my family. How is it drivable when it came to be the transmission had to be replaced? Why was the low inventory my problem when the truck has had so many issues and just turned 15k miles. I bought a brand new truck to not have the issues. I’m not sure but I was as patient as I could be so I let it go. So after a total of almost 16 weeks in the shop while not even owning the truck for a full year, it is driving how it’s intended. For now. Will be trading my truck in so I don’t have to deal with either dealership or anymore issues pertaining to this truck. More
