This customer did come to our dealership for an oil change. When the customer pulled his car into the service drive, he left his car running. He was met by our advisor at the service advisors desk inside. The customer wanted an oil change and topping off of Nitrogen in the tires. We do not top off any cars with Nitrogen. Our machine does not allow for topping off of Nitrogen. Adding Nitrogen to tires is a process. All four tires are completely deflated and then Nitrogen is put back into all 4 tires at once. This is why it costs $49.95. If the customer needs a little air, normal air can be added. We never went out into the service drive to the customers car and started the car. We have NO reason to start a car unless we are moving it, this just would not happen., BUT if it did happen we are sorry and agree this was our mistake. We only start cars to move them once it was in the service drive and actually would want the customer to turn them off and bring in the keys to the service adviser, this way we keep the exhaust fumes down to a minimum. We at Sutherlin agree, our service advisers should not be rude and we are Sorry for any misunderstanding. If any Sutherlin employee is being rude to our customer, we want to know about it immediately. You should ask for a manager right away. so we can correct the issue and make it right for you. Thanks

So the response from the dealer is to essentially call me a liar. So again do not go to this dealer. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area that will not treat a person like garbage.

We are sorry you had a problem working the numbers on a Pathfinder and not getting all the information you needed regarding the Pathfinder. Andrew is a brand new sales person, less than a week. So I would agree his knowledge of the Pathfinder might be limited, but he is quickly coming up to speed. I'm glad you saw the value of the Pathfinder and bought the Pathfinder. Its a great utility vehicle. Its always disappointing to both parties when we can not make the sale. We spend time and energy trying to help you purchase the vehicle and you spend time also. We do advertise on the internet however you do need to qualify for all rebate and incentives which in this case sounds like you did not meet. This can be disappointing. This does happen even with Nissan national advertising on tv. Its that little writing that we always miss and only focus on the bottom line price. Again we are sorry you feel this way and Happy you did buy a Nissan. Thanks
