I bought my vehicle in because the app showed low oil pressure. Service rep Tony is a good thing I did because , it needs a part. This was on a Friday, on Monday I got the call that Dept was in. I took it back on Tuesday. Part was installed. Everything was done in a timely manner. Car was ready cleaning and I was at the door. I appreciate Tony taking the time to call the Warranty people and get all the information before telling me and then call the warranty where I will have to wait longer for him to do this. I appreciate Tony taking the initiative to consider how value my time and concern of my vehicle. Ask for Tony G, in the service dept for your next appointment. More

June 6,2025 Called the Nissan of Ft Pierce Phone Number listed online. Spoke to someone and agreed on 12 noon appointment June 10 for warranty repair of inoperative rear passenger door and oil change servi listed online. Spoke to someone and agreed on 12 noon appointment June 10 for warranty repair of inoperative rear passenger door and oil change service. Arrived on time but was told there was no record of any appointment and no record of me or my vehicle which I purchased new at this dealer August 2023. Patrick Zein was very help full and got my truck in quickly (Service Dept, was not busy). After 2 hour wait - was informed they did not have the parts to fix door but would call me when they did. Still waiting for that call. When i purchased this vehicle I was practically forced to buy extended warranty. Basic warranty would have covered this repair I think. But the point is moot because I will end up paying my mechanic to fix door. Also - when I purchased this truck they used the wrong VIN on all docs including registration causing major inconvenience and ongoing issues. Rest assured I will NEVER Buy another Nissan or extended warranty any where AND especially NOT from this dealership. Staff and especially Patrick Zein did their best, but glitchy software and lack of any real service coordination or even a service contact person at dealer. Reinforces the stereotype of car dealers ripping off their customers. More
