Perhaps you should stand behind your product. Repair the things that are faulty. I have been in the automotive repair industry for 15 years. I get that you dotn make money from doing warranty work. But you also wont make money if people stop buy Nissans because they quality cant be guaranteed past twenty thousand miles. Still every time I go over bumps in my car, i hear strut mount rattle and turning left and back right, and stopping and reversing i get clicks, which means at least one chasis part is bad. I have also not been called about a inexpensive $4 rubber trunk arm stopper I need because mine fell off after only a year. How can I recommend or return to a dealership that doesnt care about their product after it leaves the lot even if it is still under warranty. And I am in the market for a new work truck and love the titans but right now.... I wont be coming back to you.
