I made an apt for a recall of an update for my 2022 rogue, I asked how long it would take and they said maybe and hour for the update. I got there a few early for the apt and they checked me in 2.5 hou rogue, I asked how long it would take and they said maybe and hour for the update. I got there a few early for the apt and they checked me in 2.5 hours later I asked how much longer (as my status still showed check in on your app), he went to check and said oh only maybe 10 min more, well 10 min more is when the app started showing progress on it and 35 min more was when it was done! Smells fishy to me… I had a doctors apt that day that I planned around and then had to rush to get there. I also asked them to please put air in my tires NOT DONE! So why make an appointment if i still have to wait almost 3 hours. I get another recall I will go to a different dealer for it! More
