I drop my car off at 12:30 on a Thursday and I didn’t get it back until Saturday at noon. I wouldn’t of cared except they said it would be ready Friday at 10 AM. Customer service at service department is the worst. They did not honor the oil change discount coupon I used and Instead was overcharged. I also told the service rep. I came in for a flat tire. The repair was done improperly and it continued to leak air. I brought it in again and the Service Manager,Tom refused to give me any concession on a The repair was done improperly and it continued to leak air. I brought it in again and the Service Manager,Tom refused to give me any concession on a new tire which I needed because the original repair was done too aggressively and it leaked through the tire fiber. Tom literally turned his back on me telling me there was nothing he could do. Poor people skills for a manager. My car only had 4000 miles on it after a year. I spoke to the General manager Chris, he knew This was my third Nissan, I drive past two other Nissan dealers to get to Ft Pierce. Chris helped me with a discount on a new tire and I will continue to buy Nissans because Chris, the a General Mgr knows how to keep a customer happy. Thank you! More
