They also charge you a transfer fee because they transferred the vehicle from wherever it came from, again, ridiculous! They told us that because we were not financing with them, they had to make their money some how. Spoke to the sales person (heavyset make) and manager (female), who were unwilling to negotiate any of their ridiculous fees. There were several of the same type of vehicle AND, they had to move several cars to get to it. Which was an indication that no one had inquired about this vehicle. This dealer was a complete turnoff and appears as a bunch of “hardball”. The minute they learned we would not be financing or leasing with them (as suggested), their whole demeanor changed, and came across pretty hard. I would never recommend anyone to shop there. She proceeded to tell me that I'll have to speak with her Manager. (which I was perfectly fine with) about 5hrs later I still haven't received a call from a manager, I called them back only to be told the same exact thing. Then a few hours later I had the same conflict. So I called first thing in the morning when they opened (@9am Tuesday morning) only to be prompted by the voicemail letting me know that they're CLOSED. So I call back a few minutes later and once again Melina tells me she'll get her Manager on the phone right away and never does, mind you that I very polite and respectful throughout this whole process & all they did was waste my time. Extremely pathetic, Huntington. More

I regretfully purchased a 2016 Sentra from this location. I was involved in an accident that I needed to review my contract with Nissan about and it was time sensitive. I called a couple of days ago with no response back. Today I called again and was told I would get a call back in an hour. I called over an hour later and no response so I decided to go in to the location. I asked to speak with the man who sold my car to me. She immediately placed herself in the situation and I declined, however she insisted that she were the one to help. I was unaware that the airbags were recalled at the exact time frame of my cars construction and the Car Fax stated that they were never fixed. I found this out after I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and collided with the front of my car. Kerry Putrimas offered me no customer service or empathy after a traumatic experience in a severely dangerous car and car accident when she mocked me by repeating my questions back in a child-like manner. I told her she's lucky I'm alive to tell her this and she had not one care. I called back after to get her name to report to customer service and the person who answered the phone refused to give me her full name and kept asking for mine. Do not give this dealership your business. They do not deserve a dime of your money. All of this nonsense over me coming in to ask a question! More
