I came into OC Nissan late in the evening and wasn't expecting to leave with a brand new car! I had done my research and was definitely interested in the 2011 2door Altima but didn't think I could poss expecting to leave with a brand new car! This is the first time that I have had such a detailed overview by any sales person at any dealership. He did a wonderful job explaining all the tools and was very knowledgable and patient. My wife and I came to OC Irvine, knowing what model (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. As with a lot of people these days, we were targeting a monthly (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. As with a lot of people these days, we were targeting a monthly payment, as opposed to sales price. By using the dealer calculators online, we had a ballpark of what would work for us. We called mid-morning, spoke with Perry, and told him we would be down early afternoon. Of course, given OC Nissan's inventory, we found what we were looking for!! Then on to the negotiation. Quite frankly, the first deal that was presented to us was off the mark. Perry represented us well, and after a couple/few tries, he presented us with a deal that was literally dollars off of our target! KUDOS!! We made our deal, and sent that puppy to the wash rack!! Perry was honest, kind, and professional. Although he obviously works for the dealer, it felt as though he was our advocate as we went through the negotiating process. Perry took very good care of us, and I would recommend him as well as OC Nissan to anyone looking to purchase - we had a GREAT experience!! Yes, Sales does get all of the KUDOS, as it is in my business. That said, I do feel compelled to mention - the girl who answered the phone was very sweet and courteous. She's the one who hooked us up with Perry!! THANK YOU!!! Majid the Sales Manager ensured that we were taken care of (even though we were, his concern felt nice). Robert the F&I guy was great. We have bought a couple/few cars since my wife and I've been together, and that's the fastest I believe we got out of the F&I guy's office!!! The Cube was a little dirty from being outside on the lot - man, was it clean when we got it!!! To the fellas on the wash rack, I've been there. Our hole experience of buying our new 2011 Nissian Juke was great from the beginning to the end of me driving off in our new car. Team work was awesome! Looking for a new car is one of the most difficult things. My wife and I knew what we wanted, but had a bad experience at this dealer 6 years ago. However, Johni Stoller (internet sales manager) called us in the morning, responding to our email inquiry. Her friendliness, straightforwardness and product knowledge let us know that we were going to be okay at this dealer. The vehicle she mentioned, though not exactly the car we were 'building', WAS in stock, so we were able to get a clear picture of it and test drove it. Our deal was going to involve cash plus a trade-in. The amount allowed for our trade-in was right in the ballpark of the numbers we had previously obtained. After a bit of back-and-forth price negotiation with the sales manager, we agreed on the final cash amount--SOLD!!! Johni spent the entire time with us, going over all details and making sure nothing was overlooked--she made the process as painless and as efficient as possible. Even though we weren't financing, we still met with the finance manager who thoroughly described every document we signed and offered all appropriate extras. Our new Juke was gassed up, washed and delivered to the front door. We are totally delighted with the car. We could have purchased this vehicle at any Nissan dealer, but the outstanding customer service that began even before we walked through the front door went the extra mile is an added 'accessory' that makes us love this car even more! We will recommend OC Nissan Irvine (particularly Johni) to anyone who is car shopping now and in the future. More

This was our second car purchased from OC Irvine. My GF bought a car from OC Irvine 3 months prior. Perry was our sales guy and he is absolutely AWESOME!. When I wanted a daily car to get me from point A t bought a car from OC Irvine 3 months prior. Perry was our sales guy and he is absolutely AWESOME!. When I wanted a daily car to get me from point A to point B I decided to call Perry again. There is no pressure when you go through him, he will do what he can to help you and is on your side. The weekend I went to purchase the car, Perry was not available, but he had done all the necessary paperwork and numbers needed so that everyone knew what was going on. I ended up dealing with Johni and Sam (General Manager). Everyone was delightful and very knowledgable. Again the no pressure or pushing you into a car that you don't need is what's great. At one point I wasn't sure what I wanted and the GM (Sam) was honest and said don't buy anything and if you need time, take your time and come back when you are ready. I mean, how many other dealerships allow you to leave without trying to pressure you into something. Make sure you deal with PERRY, even though everyone is great, we have a special relationship with PERRY and will continue to go through OC Nissan Irvine as long as Perry is working there. More

I was a little nervous in purchasing a new car since the last time I bought a car was nine years ago. I’ve heard a myriad of horror stories about car salesmen and my first inclination was to keep my 2002 Ni last time I bought a car was nine years ago. I’ve heard a myriad of horror stories about car salesmen and my first inclination was to keep my 2002 Nissan Sentra and go about my business but, I needed a car. Therefore I made contact with OC Nissan through their website. That is where I was first introduced to Perry Koster. Perry was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly which in turn was calming. The more he talked the more relaxed I felt. I thought to myself this is turning out to be a ‘pretty good’ experience. He was genuinely concerned about pleasing the customer and making sure that I the customer was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Because of the staff I got a pretty good deal which I am most thankful. My 2011 Nissan Sentra is roomy, stylish and just right for me. It drives so smooth that sometimes it feels like the car is not even on and I have to give it a little gas to make sure it is still running. Thank you Nissan – a satisfied customer. More

Perry made what usually is a trying/tiresome experience of buying a car, a great experience. It was a very pleasant time with Perry- he made it seem like we were family and we felt right at home. Domingo had to deal with errors in sticker information as a result of somebody stocking the car wrong, but worked hard to ensure that we knew which car we were looking at and to get us comfortable with the information presented to us. Of course, every dealership is in the business to make money and maximize profit. That said, I felt that Thomas was able to actually work with me toward a mutually agreeable number rather than trying to trick or bully me into his number. I can't say the same for other dealerships, who used shameless bait-and-switch and good-cop-bad-cop tactics on my girlfriend and I. If you do your homework and know what you want to pay, Thomas will respect that and see if he can get there with minimal back and forth. More
