Then she led us out to our new car where we put our new knowledge into practice. When we departed the dealership we were assured that they were there for us should we have any questions or problems. We had been car shopping for several days and this was the best dealership experience we had - no pressure just pleasant conversation about the cars available. Honest I had a vehicle I just bought at another dealership. There were problems with the vehicle and Brandon and his manager were upfront and honest with me I had a vehicle I just bought at another dealership. There were problems with the vehicle and Brandon and his manager were upfront and honest with me about it. They gave me good solid advice that helped me get my issues totally resolved. They were unable to make a sale with me due to my particular situation and they knew that. Nevertheless, they took the time to sit down with me and fully discuss my options. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will be going to the Jefferson City Nissan Autoplex and asking for Brandon to help me out because I know I can trust him to put me in a solid vehicle that I can rely on.
