I have been messaging the dealership and talking with Sybil for about a month or so. I had many questions as I was buying the car from a different state. The market in Denver is astronomically high. Going out of state seemed like the best option. And it was. The car I got had everything that Sybil described; from the good down to its slightest imperfections. These are things that other dealers would never tell me, but like I said I am from Denver and buying a car from out of state I felt I needed to know everything. Sybil sent so many photos. I would ask another question and she would again respond with a detailed answer and photos for more description. They were honest and fair. I drove my car home to Colorado and couldn't be happier. Sarah in financing made it all possible. Without their help, I wouldn't be driving the car of my dreams. Thank you again. I highly recommend this dealership. They were easy to work with and went above and beyond the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Again, I would highly recommend! More

Excellent customer service and friendly staff My wife and I went to look for a car that I had been researching for quite some time. I knew what I wanted to spend I knew the color I wanted and I kn My wife and I went to look for a car that I had been researching for quite some time. I knew what I wanted to spend I knew the color I wanted and I knew this car lot did not carry that model. My wife wanted to check anyways because we have heard such great things. Needless to say they found the exact car I wanted and at the right price. We even had our 2 year old daughter with us and sure enough after about an hour she started getting cranky. Sybil was kind enough to show her around and play with her and entertain her while we finished the paperwork on our new car! What a great experience. I had a set price range and what I did and didn't want in the vehicle and she came through!!!! Even when it came down to just a few differences between two cars Nissan or Hyundai, she weighed out all the pros and cons.
