No pressure and fair negotiation on vehicle price. The Nissan I purchased is a better auto then I had anticipated. But I had a young salesman named Damian Nowack that took the time to show me and explain to me the benefits, style and accessories I was getting. As a senior citizen I was prepared to haggle with him on the final price I would pay on the vehicle. It was not a haggle at all. Mr. Nowack and the staff at Jefferson City Nissan negotiated a very fair price. I must express that of all the automobiles I have purchased thru the years, I have never enjoyed dealing with a salesman such as Mr. Nowack. I will recommend him and Jefferson City Autoplex to my family and friends. More
Poor customer service, All around! I purchased my Acura roughly a month ago, I had set up an appointment to see the vehicle at a set time. So far so good. I arrive at the lot James my a I purchased my Acura roughly a month ago, I had set up an appointment to see the vehicle at a set time. So far so good. I arrive at the lot James my appointed sales person was friendly, but you could tell still very green. I test drove the car, and took it to a mechanic I knew, and he squeezed me in for a quick once over, which he found a few things wrong with it (what he could find in the amount of time given) and I drove back to the lot to negotiate the deal. I feel I got a fair deal consider what I knew of the car, only having spent a short amount of time with it.. Now to the BAD of this experience. After taking possession of the car I took it to the shop to have my mechanic take care of some of the issues he had found, only to find there was a lot more issues than I had expected. I had him fix some of the issues, and then I took it back to the dealership to see if we could address some of the issues plaguing this Lemon of a vehicle, which they agreed. My car sat on their lot for a week and when I would call to check on it they were clueless, What a Joke!! I had had enough and just picked up the car. Please keep in mind I was told this car had passed inspection, had been aligned, and gone through their own check point service. LIE. LIE. I have had this car for a month spent Just over $2000.00 on repairs, it has been in the shop more than in my possession if that tells you anything! The list just goes on.... I guess the morale of this, is the staff at Jefferson City Hyundai, is not to be trusted.. I think the most they did was wash it and set it on the lot to sell retail, when in reality this was an auction car. I can't even enjoy my own vehicle, It's truly very sad.. BOTTON LINE! don't buy for ANYTHING from this lot, I know I will not return. BUYER BEWARE!! More

Nissan service I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today when I took my car to the service department. I have bought two new Nissan Alt I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today when I took my car to the service department. I have bought two new Nissan Altimas, the first one was purchased when they were still in the Dodge parking lot. After purchasing that one I was hugely impressed with the customer service I received and their ability to work with me when I needed repairs. Unfortunately, I have not been impressed with service I have received from this dealership. Upon buying this car I was talked into purchasing the extra warranty which was ensuring all electrical and wiring would be covered, so when I was told today that I would have to pay close to 400 dollars because a squirrel built a nest in my car and blew up the blower motor, I was shocked. I'm sure, the fine print covers these things, and shame on me for not reading it closer or taking a closer look before agreeing to purchase the warranty, but when I pay a extra every month for this warranty and haven't used it once in the past 20 months I would hope that I would have been able to receive some help with the labor or parts expense. My husband and I will never again to go to this dealership for any of our vehicle buying needs or services and will highly discourage others from using this dealership. More
