The sound is terrible and I have been told to just live with it. Nothing against the dealer, or service techs. They can only fix what they can. But this car has 28k mi. and only 2 years old. This should be replaced, or fixed by Nissan. I might not ever buy another one after this! Thanks Jeff city for your hard work and awesome service. But Nissan left you in the dry on this one! More

I have found a new Service Center. No more driving 50 miles to get my cars serviced. I took my second car to get the maintenance done and was very pleased with the Service; not only wit No more driving 50 miles to get my cars serviced. I took my second car to get the maintenance done and was very pleased with the Service; not only with the actual work performed, I also was Very pleased and satisfied with the Service Advisor, Brian. He took the time with me to explain everything and certainly treated me with respect and went out of his way to make sure the service was as I expected. Two days earlier I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and will certainly return to this Service Center for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks to the staff at the Dealership. More
Pleasant Buying experience. I have purchased many cars in the past and some of the experiences that I have encountered has lead to an (I dread to start the process of buying a ca I have purchased many cars in the past and some of the experiences that I have encountered has lead to an (I dread to start the process of buying a car) attitude. This time it was different; it was actually very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet and work with all the staff that was involved with this purchase including The General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, and the Finance Manager. This was one of the few purchasing experiences that I have had buying a new vehicle, that I felt good about, with no regrets. In every step of the process my wife and I received a sincere VIP treatment, even though we are not. I sincerely hope that this dealership does not change owners and stays in Jefferson City, and is there to service our vehicles and work with us again in a couple years when we are ready to trade. Brian Merz and Earnette Smith did an exceptional job dealing with me. I have been known to be a pain in the A** with car salesman. It wasn’t high pressure nor pushing like most dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Brian Merz went out of his way to find a particular black Frontier truck, I wanted in another state for me at the same price. That says a lot in my book for these salesman. I will definitely recommend my family, friends and co-worker to go to visit Jefferson City Autoplex to buy a vehicle and to make sure they ask for Brian Merz and Earnette Smith. Thanks Carl More
