Wall mart manager of tire section said that is defective tire need to replace from who sold you . I went Nissan of Jefferson City, Technician of this dealership didn't even pay attention when i went to dealership only try to sell me a tire. He said that isn't defective even is , you have to go to tire company.He tried to explain how to tire made it.That is last time to visit that dealership. not car,I won't buy domates from that place.
