Our experience changed when it was time to do the final paperwork. The person handling our paperwork made us feel like we were an interruption to their day, we felt a rushed and uncomfortable. However, the day we picked up our SUV, Scott Casada helped us and he answered all my questions about the features on the car, very helpful. He even helped me get my phone to sync with the SUV, very grateful for the help. Brandon Kaufman and Scott Casada were awesome. More
Got in a few minutes early for oil change and a few warranty checks, rattle and 12 volt outlet. Ready in 40 minutes, nice experience except rattle wasn't fixed. Try again next time. Pre-owned SUV purchase The pre-owned SUV we purchased from Nissan (even though it was sitting at Hyundai) had a few functional issues and after discussing this with them ove The pre-owned SUV we purchased from Nissan (even though it was sitting at Hyundai) had a few functional issues and after discussing this with them over a period of 2 weeks, Hyundai ended up performing the work on the car (Hyundai did a great job and were easy to work with). Nissan took care of getting the extra smart-key replaced since one of them didn't even go with this particular car. We're still very displeased that the title seems to be MIA and no one at Nissan will call us back about the status of it, after leaving 4-5 messages, even calling the man at Honda (James) who did the final paperwork didn't get a response. The answers are always "that's someone else's job". Overall, Nissan appears to be pretty disorganized. More
